Taino Staffords finished 2009 in the show ring with our Staffordhire Bull Terrier Speciality in Queensland
on the 12th December....  

This was a fantastic day out....Barney won his class, Australian Bred ....showed himself like a true gentleman until it came to the run off..... when he sighted Billy (Swanky Oh So Groovy) and the girl power was to much....loves the girls this boy....he was awarded Opposite Australian Bred in Show.

Sophia (Taino Kicking Bird) showed exceptionally well for Leon, placing 3rd in State Bred.

Opal (Taino Dancing Butterfly) placed 5th in the Junior girls. 

Our baby girls were very excited to be out for the night....their names proceed them as they danced around the show ring....
Peppa (Taino Dances With Wolves) placed 3rd and
Jaspa (Taino Wind Dancer) placed 4th in baby puppy.

Leon and I look forward to a great future with these two little live wires.....

What a weekend for Taino Staffords..........

Barney (our spoilt boy) did it again picking up Best of Breed on both days. On the Saturday under Judge Ms P Suhr (NSW) Barney not only got BOB he was also awarded Reserve In Group.

Opal - Taino Dancing Butterfly had a tremendous weekend as well taking Bitch Challenge and Runner Up Best of Breed on the Saturday under
Judge Ms P Shur (NSW) and on the Sunday under Judge Mrs P Thomas (NSW) Bitch Challenge.

Our babies ventured out for their first weekend of showing.........

Israel - Taino Hawkeye won Baby Puppy of Breed
Peppa - Taino Dances With Wolves got first in her class out of 4 young girls, her brother beat her in the run off.
Jaspa - Taino Wind Dancer having a lot of fun on the night got 3rd in Baby Puppy Bitch.

We look forward to a long and exciting show career with our babies.

Barney had another great weekend winning Best of Breed and Best In Group under Mrs V Jackson (Vic) on the Friday and on the Saturday
under Mr T Valli picking up Dog Challenge.

Under Breed Specialist Judge Mrs E Pearson - Sundow UK, Barney (Aust Ch Taino Painted Chief) showed exceptionally well winning Opposite Intermediate In Show. We were also extremely pleased with the performance of Barney's daughter Opal (Taino Dancing Butterfly), who also showed exceptionally well on the day.

Barney showed himself with pride taking out Reserved In Group and Best Of Breed under Judge Mrs S Brown (Qld). His daughter Taino Dancing Butterfly (Opal) received her first points with Bitch Challenge and Runner Up Of Breed and Taino Kicking Bird (Sophia) taking out Reserve Bitch Challenge. We are very proud of our Show Team.

Another great weekend for Team Taino. Under Judge Mrs J Collins, Ch Taino Painted Cheif (Barney) was awarded Best Of Breed. Our beautiful little lady Taino Kicking Bird (Sophia) was awarded her first Bitch Challenge.

The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club Inc of Victoria Championship Show

We were very pleased with our boy Barney (Ch Taino Painted Cheif) at The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club of Victoria Championship Show, (besides him having a few rumbles). On the Saturday Barney placed 4th out of 17 in the Aust Bred dog class under Judge Mr B Aubery (UK) - 'Jenabeck' and on Sunday Judge Ms H Reaney (UK) - 'Roslenska' short listed Barney to one seven.

Under Judge Mr L Butler (NSW) Barney was awarded Reserve Dog Challenge and Runner Up BOB,
Ada received Runner UP Bitch Challenge and the youngest member of Team Taino, Opal was awarded Minor of Breed once again beating her brother Nancy in the run off.

 Taino Painted Chief (Barney) had a great evening in the show ring and was awarded DCC and RUBOB.
Our girls also performed very well with Taino Kicking Bird (Sophia), Taino Princess Moonbeam (Molly) and
Taino Dancing Butterfly (Opal) all winning their classes. Opal went onto win Minor of Breed beating her brother 
Taino Sonovbarn (Jack) in the run off.  

Team Taino had a fantastic start to 2009 in the show ring.
